First, through partnerships, the Bridge Foundation will act as a conduit for those who want to have a fulfilling life removed from homelessness and fear. We will be a beacon of hope and change by providing ARKs (shelters) and establish self sustaining models of proud communities.

Second, assist in disaster preparedness and response not only for those communities mentioned above but for the business communities large and small, global and local.

Executive Summary

Founded by leaders in medicine, education, and technology, Bridge Technologies Foundation Inc. (Bridge) was formed to recruit and educate technicians for placement into operating rooms and related hospital/clinic environments. The company paradigm includes an integrated manpower registry that provides career management at the individual level and resource scheduling management for medical facilities clients. The creation of a comprehensive informational database and full web-access integration, across the full program platform, will provide unprecedented levels of user information, competency assessment, quality control, and end-user efficiency. Ultimately, the Bridge system will create higher levels of hospital care, reduce errors, and lower operating costs for hospitals and clinics.

Bridge’s primary goal is to facilitate a reduction of preventable medical errors (PME’s) in hospitals and clinics across the country. A significant percentage of current PME’s are a result of insufficient training on the ever expanding array of advanced medical devices and equipment currently in use in hospitals and clinics. Spiraling insurance premiums, legal costs and tightening requirement from accreditation agencies, as well as the ongoing shortage of accredited technicians, have created a significant opportunity for the Bridge program.

The Bridge Education and HRRegistry programs will be the primary focus of the company for the first two or more years of operation; however, the technical expertise of the Bridge staff, the established relationships with hospitals/clinics and the continued focus of the industry on reducing PME’s allows for some logical areas of expansion in the peri-operative area. Just several of these are.

  • Materials management.
  • Interactive FDA alert and policy at POC.
  • Emergency Algorithms and interaction access

  • Global Implementation of the Bridge System

The interactive software platform will allow for ready integration of these programs.

Board of Directors

Roger Stephens

Roger Stephens the founder of Bridge Technology Foundation LLC (Bridge Technology) is passionate about improving disaster and emergency response and technologies. His primary focus initially was the education and preparation of technically driven peri-operative support. His vision grew as the needs of comprehensive education for medical professionals, disaster and emergency responders and others became evident. In 2018 Roger gathered leaders in medicine, education and technology, and Bridge Technology was formed to recruit and educate first responders, and technicians for placement into operating rooms and related hospital/clinic, and first response environments. To accomplish this vision, Roger created of a comprehensive informational database with full web-access integration, across the full program platform, that provides unprecedented levels of user information, competency assessment, quality control and end-user efficiency. In 2019 due to an injury sustained while serving in the armed forces, Roger was benched from the medical profession he loved. Fortunately, technology had finally caught up with Roger’s vision and the timing could not be better. He has devoted his time and talents since to making his vision for Bridge Technology available to those that serve us in the medical, first response, and law enforcement professions.
